Hey I have a serious problem.. I can't boot my laptop. I reinstalled it and it works like charm.
Solution
It appears that your grub install has been seriously damaged.
While it is repairable, the effort and complexity of the task is non-trivial. A more suitable solution is to back up your data and re-install the operating system.
