Issue
I am gonna newly install Python 3.8 after uninstalling the previous version - python 2.7.16
So I used these commands on terminal
sudo rm -rf /Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7
sudo rm -rf "/Applications/Python 2.7"
ls -l /usr/local/bin | grep '../Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7'
cd /usr/local/bin/
ls -l /usr/local/bin | grep '../Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7' | awk '{print $9}' | tr -d @ | xargs rm
But when I type "python --version" after finishing these commands, I can still see "Python 2.7.16".
I still remain it and type sudo pip install django==3.0.1 to install django. But I can see this error

ERROR: No matching distribution found for django==3.0.1
Solution
Do not remove python 2.7 from your Mac computer, python 2.7 is needed by Mac, and the files are protected to be sure they are not removed. Set up a virtual environment if you want to run another version of python. In fact, python 2.7 is still important as the basis for most Linux system such as Ubuntu including Mac, just remember that in case in the future you are using python in another OS, but in the future, python 2.7 may be removed as we are migrating code to python 3.6 right now.
